Analytik Jena AG: Cancellation of Admission of Shares to the Regulated Market Accepted by Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Jena, Germany, September 26, 2014 — By a resolution dated September 26, 2014, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange accepted as expected the Executive Board’s application to cancel the admission of Analytik Jena AG shares to the regulated market including their current listing in the Prime Standard segment. The cancellation is effective after March 26, 2015.

From March 26, 2015, Analytik Jena AG shares will no longer be traded in the regulated market on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The over-the-counter quotations of the stock markets in Stuttgart, München, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Berlin/Bremen and Hamburg are not affected.
